Today in Afterschool, we reintroduced the Mood Meter. Then the kiddos had the opportunity to create puppets (or masks) corresponding with their mood. We have such an amazing group of young people. Source

Today we used a “Feel Wheel” to map our feelings and relate them to our moods. Source

Bullying is something that often isn’t visible from the outside but it can be devastating to a child’s (or adult’s) mental and emotional health. Today we did an activity, “Bruised Apple” to demonstrate while everything may appear fine one the outside, the inside tells a different story. Source
