Our last Olympic event of the day yesterday was the Balloon Race. The students had to hit their balloon down the field and back. Sound easy? Maybe it would be if the wind wasn’t blowing… 💨 Source

The next Olympic sport was the Q-Tip Shooter. The students were given a straw and four Q-Tips. The goal was to shoot them as far as you could. This turned into a STEM lesson where we learned about force, velocity, angles, and distance. 🙂 Source

Monday’s Olympics started with the Egg Pick-up. The students were given spoons and a two-minute timer to collect as many eggs as they could while only using the spoons. Source
